The Donway Covenant United Church is undergoing an exciting change that will usher in a bright future for our congregation and the Don Mills Community.

It all started in 2019 when we signed a certificate to redevelop the site with Options for Homes. The idea was to create a space for our congregation that meets our current needs while bringing new housing for the Don Mills community.

Building a smaller, modern space for the congregation will help our congregation to focus its energy and finances on our ministry within the community, rather than the upkeep of an aging building that is too large for us. 
 
 

In addition to a new church facility, our development partner, Options for Homes, will provide housing that is much-needed in Toronto by offering their down payment assistance program that makes home ownership more attainable for middle income families, young professionals and residents of the Don Mills community.
